Tiny house living at its finest! Our lovingly-restored studio cottage is all you need for you to enjoy OBX! Wonderful location just steps from the beach, directly across from a public beach access and in between the iconic Jennette's Pier and Gary Oliver Fishing Piers. Cuddy Cottage is centrally located in Nags Head close to many great local attractions including the beautiful Jennette's Pier (one mile away), wonderful restaurants, grocery stores, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, fine and casual dining and much more. Property features include: WiFi, an efficiency kitchen (includes microwave, mini-frig/ freezer, Keurig, toaster) flat screen Smart TV (No Cable), king size bed, free off-street parking, outdoor charcoal grill.  Linens are provided by an independent vendor (bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, sheets). Bed will be made when you arrive! ~~~~ Our awesome caretakers, Mike and Lisa, live nearby and are as committed to your experience as we are. No Pets & No Smoking permitted in the cottage. Maximum fine levied.
