It’s a quick visit, and technicians will only access the pool area. • Please note that The Retreat Club will be closed every Monday and Tuesday as part of its seasonal schedule through February. The Oasis Clubhouse remains open daily for guests to enjoy. Parking Information • Up to 6 vehicles are allowed per property. Guests may park on the property driveway, designated parking areas (overflow parking is on a first come first serve basis) available on some streets. Additional overflow parking is available throughout the entire community. • NO overnight parking is allowed in the Oasis Club parking lots. • Please note: trailers, RVs, boats, and oversized vehicles are not permitted within the resort. Guest registration and parking rules: • All visiting guests must be registered prior to arrival or they will be denied entry. • Parking rules: park in the correct direction, avoid blocking sidewalks/driveways, do not park on grass or yellow areas, and keep fire lanes, hydrants, and gates clear—violations may result in towing. Property Access: • You’ll have full private access to the home, including the swimming pool, games room, and movie theater lounge. Resort Access: As our guest, you’ll enjoy complimentary access to the Oasis Club at ChampionsGate, featuring: • Resort-style pool with lazy river and waterslides • Kids’ splash zone and poolside cabanas • Onsite restaurant and tiki bar • Fitness center, game room, sports courts, and more • The Oasis Club is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, year-round. Reminders from Oasis Club: • For questions about street parking rules, residents should contact the HOA team. • Dumpsters at the Oasis Club are for restaurant use only — residential trash is not permitted. • For questions about trash disposal, residents should contact the Masters or Retreat HOA.
