POOL, SPA & PROPERTY LIABILITY WAIVER By confirming and securing a reservation, the registered renter acknowledges and agrees that they, along with all members of their party and invited guests, assume all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of the swimming pool, spa, and property, including but not limited to accidents, personal injury, serious bodily harm, drowning, or death. The registered renter accepts responsibility for the safety, conduct, and supervision of all occupants and guests during their stay. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the registered renter agrees to release and hold harmless the property owner and management company from liability arising from the use of the pool, spa, and property, except where such liability cannot legally be waived. Whether you're enjoying Disney movies, family game nights, championship games, or relaxing music under the stars, this unique experience transforms the backyard into your own private resort. • Pool and spa heating are available for $49 per night and must be added for the entire reservation.
