POOL, SPA & PROPERTY LIABILITY WAIVER By confirming and securing a reservation, the registered renter acknowledges and agrees that they, along with all members of their party and invited guests, assume all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of the swimming pool, spa, and property, including but not limited to accidents, personal injury, serious bodily harm, drowning, or death. The registered renter accepts responsibility for the safety, conduct, and supervision of all occupants and guests during their stay. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the registered renter agrees to release and hold harmless the property owner and management company from liability arising from the use of the pool, spa, and property, except where such liability cannot legally be waived. STOREY LAKE RESORT Guests can enjoy Storey Lake Resort amenities, including the Hideaway Club and Bronson Club, subject to resort rules and availability. Highlights include resort pools, lazy rivers, waterslides, splash areas, fitness facilities, and recreational activities. Certain activities, rentals, and services may have additional charges. GATED ENTRY & PARKING Storey Lake is a gated community requiring advance guest and vehicle registration. We will provide access instructions and registration details before arrival. Parking is permitted in the private driveway and designated approved areas only. Street and grass parking are prohibited. GETTING AROUND A rental car or rideshare service is recommended for exploring Disney, Universal, shopping, dining, and other Orlando attractions.
