White Sands Village is a staple on Ali'i Drive and across from Magic Sands beach. The layout of this unit makes for an open floor plan of the living area. The kitchen has all the gadgets any at-home chef needs. The living area has a sleeper sofa and a great atmosphere to relax and unwind. Enjoy the central air conditioning and smart television as well. There is a nice lanai where you can take in the views of the ocean or mountain and listen to the world wake up. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, which can be converted to a king upon request. There is great sunlight and ample space to unpack your belongings. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway and has a bathtub and shower combination. Expect significant noise, dust, and construction activity—especially during the first 6–8 weeks—with jackhammers, mini-excavators, and cement work. While the noise will lessen during the final curing phase, the pool area will remain closed the entire time.
