If you tire of hiking and cycling, head south of the resort to the lively former-fishing village of Cascais, where you can dive into charming restaurants for tapas, then burn off the calories with a walk around the chic marina. Lisbon is just half an hour away by car, if you fancy a day trip to soak up the culture and cuisine of the country’s capital. They incur a small charge. Please message us to enquire about the pricing of the rented items. * Please know that for late arrivals, the following charges will apply: -For arrival at the property between 20h00 and 23h00 - €25.00 -For arrival at the property after 23h00 - €50.00. -We are obliged to collect Tourist Tax for the city of Cascais, in cash on each arrival. The fee is 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax. * Parties and loud music are strictly not allowed at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise. * Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, tv, etc.) * Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency. * Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behavior as it is part of the agreement we have with our owners.
