Head downstairs to three guest bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The lower-level family room/den features a sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV, and it opens to a deck with a BBQ for easy alfresco meals. A dedicated laundry room with a private washer and dryer adds everyday convenience. Upstairs, the loft is a fun hangout with two twin sofa sleepers and a foosball table—great for movie nights and game time. Entertainment is easy with flat-screen TVs and a DVD player. Please be mindful not to block neighboring units. • WiFi & cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, internet speed and reliability—as well as cell service—can be spotty or occasionally unavailable. • Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Additional cleaning fees may apply if evidence of pets is found. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
