You’ll be close to the action but in a peaceful spot to rest between adventures. Inside, the master bedroom offers a Queen bed and a TV for wind-down time after the slopes or trails. An alcove near the entry holds built-in twin bunk beds—great for kids or friends traveling together. Enjoy mountain views and head to the complex’s shared hot tub and pool for après-ski relaxation or a summer cooldown. This guarantees room for one vehicle. • TV and connectivity: Cable TV service is currently unavailable; the owner is working to restore service. WiFi is not provided at this home. Cell service in Mammoth Lakes can be spotty or occasionally unavailable due to the area’s remote mountain location. • Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly. Please plan accordingly. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included. • Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted. This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival. For Hot water, the water heater is at the kitchen area. they can press the red button in case there's no hot water.
