At Florida Breeze, you'll have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Take a tour of the space: [1st FLOOR] SITTING ROOM: A quiet space at the front of the home to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. KITCHEN: Fully stocked with cookware for at home meals. LIVING ROOM (Sleeps 2): Spacious living room with leather couch and recline. Additionally with a pull out sofa. Smart tv and board games! DINING ROOM: Connected to the living room with high top seating for 6 FULL BATHROOM: Full bathroom with shower tub combination. [2nd FLOOR] BEDROOM 1: King bed, smart tv, dresser, and closet. Connects to a private screened in balcony with seating and large tv! BEDROOM 2: King bed, smart tv, dresser, and closet. FULL BATHROOM: Full bathroom with hallway access from both bedrooms with walk in shower. [BACKYARD] GUEST SUITE: The perfect space to cool off while entertaining in the back. Complete with futon, mini fridge, and smart tv. AMENITIES: >Sitting area with shaded porch >Outdoor dining set >Gas Grill >Hot Tub >Firepit with wrap around sitting wall PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
