Less than a three minute walk to the beach from your front door, guests can roll right out of bed onto the beach! Close to all Fort Myers Beach has to offer while also located on a quiet residential street, this home is perfect for those that demand both proximity and tranquility! The Space: The upstairs is divided across two large bedrooms (one featuring a king bed and the other two queen beds) and two bathrooms (one with a walk in shower and the other a shower/tub combination). The home also features an updated kitchen, fully outfitted with the latest appliances and cookware, a large living room with sectional sofa (not a sleeper) and flatscreen TV, and large front and back patios. The front patio is configured as a Florida room and is air conditioned while the back patio is an open air screened patio. Both feature ample patio furniture for sitting and relaxing. Finally, the home is outfitted with a washer and dryer, internet (via mobile hotspot), air conditioning, electric, water, and sewer. Please note that the lower floor of this home is rented separately. The lower level is not connected in any way to the upper level and the levels have separate entrances. Pool access is restricted to this property only. ***Hurricane Ian Disclosure*** On September 2022, our area was impacted by Hurricane Ian, a Category 4 storm. Our community has been significantly impacted by this historic storm, and hurricane recovery efforts are still in progress. Beaches, restaurants and stores are open and welcoming visitors. We ask guests to be mindful of the challenges that our community is facing and understanding of current limitations. License Number 23-0027 Guests must complete a rental agreement upon booking.
