They communicate well responding questions quickly. Very professional. The condo was perfectly described in the add. It was great for our family of 6 with 2 young boys.The pool was 60 feet from our back door.Beaches nearby were some of the best on Kauai. We loved the view- just steps away from watching the turtles in the surf and the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cooking tools, a blender and every thing you’d need to cook. We stayed at Nihi Kai #101 for 2 weeks on the beautiful island of Kauai. The property is in a perfect location, steps from the beautiful beaches of the south shore with shopping and restaurants in walking or close driving distance. The property itself is well maintained, beautiful grounds, handy barbeque area, and a delightful pool that never seemed to be too busy. The suite was very clean on arrival, and spacious for 5 adults. The views are exceptional. It was very well appointed, including items for the beach. We had a few minor issues (coffee machine and one beach chair broken) but when we contacted Parrish Kaua
