This beautiful country club residence is located withing Bonita National, one of the most sought-after golf and social destinations in all of Southwest Florida. At the heart of Bonita National is an 18-hole championship golf course designed by none other than Gordon Lewis. The guest must sign our rental agreement. A fully executed copy must be provided to the Association not less than fifteen (15) days before the beginning of the lease term, together with copies of government issued photo IDs, and the completed Transfer of Membership Application Forms. As a result, NO LAST MINUTE reservations are allowed. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
