This stunning home in Kanab is the perfect place to escape the hustle & bustle of everyday life! Centrally located to Zion, Bryce & the Grand Canyon. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, ideal for families or groups of friends. With an open floor plan, granite countertops, intricate tiling in the bathrooms & state-of-the-art appliances in the kitchen, this home has it all. From the soaking tub inside to the hot tub outside, we've thought of every detail so that you can relax and enjoy your time with us. You will have no doubt you're in the Southwest when you stay at Mighty 5 Main! This luxury home offers incredible red rock views outdoors and incredible style indoors. It's approximately 1917 sq. ft. and accommodates up to 8 guests. Master Bedroom 1 - King bed, closet & luggage rack, Smart TV, workspace, ensuite bathroom. Ensuite Bathroom 1 - Double vanity, deep soaking tub, tiled shower with complimentary body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Master Bedroom 2 - "The Suite", private entrance, king bed, closet & luggage rack, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom. Ensuite Bathroom 2 - Double vanity, tiled shower with complimentary body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Bedroom 3 - King bed, closet & luggage rack, Smart TV. Bathroom 3 - Shower/tub combo with complimentary body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Living Room - Couches, chair, Smart TV, coffee & end tables. Kitchen - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cookware & dishes, Keurig with complimentary pods, counter seating for 3, dining table with bench and chair seating. Equipped with blender, toaster, baking dish, cookie sheets, pots and pans. Laundry Room - Full-size washer & dryer, sink, complimentary laundry pods & fabric softener. Backyard - Desert landscaping, amazing views, ample outdoor seating, table, gas fire pit, hot tub, gas grill, Frisbee golf discs. Need to accommodate more guests? You can also rent our casita conveniently located right next door. The Mighty 5 Casita sleeps up to 6 guests. Mighty 5 Main is located close to Highway 89, but far enough away that it's a quiet neighborhood. It's set on a wide street with very little traffic. The neighborhood is wrapped in red cliffs, and neighbors are quiet and friendly. There are empty lots on either side of the home as well as behind it, so there is a nice feeling of seclusion. There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab. Equestrian and biking trails are also available. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. For the safety of our property and our guests, we have cameras around the perimeter of the property. Some of the cameras are monitoring the front/back door as well as the hot tub. Four WiFi access points are installed in the house; one in each bedroom, plus one in the living room / kitchen area. In the house, a wired Ethernet jack is installed in the west side of the kitchen island counter. ● Internet service to the property is supplied via a fiber optic network providing download speeds up to 1 gigabit per second, and upload speeds up to 100 megabits per second. ● Individual, dual-band 802.11 ac Wi-Fi access points are installed in each bedroom, providing incredibly high speed Internet access and 100% coverage to guest devices. ● Guest Wi-Fi networks are protected using WPA2-AES encryption for enhanced security. ● A wired Ethernet connection is provided in each home for guests requiring additional performance, up to the maximum available speed of 1 gigabit per second download and 100 megabits per second upload. ● TVs installed at the property are connected to the Internet using Ethernet cables, rather than Wi-Fi for optimum streaming video performance. ● Smart Locks, with guest codes, allow easy, keyless entry to the property.
