3 bed room apartment that sleeps 10 people. Room arrangement "Bedroom 1" 2 Double beds "Bedroom 2" Queen bed "Bedroom 3" King bed "Living room" Air mattress On the vibrant 18th street! Nightlife, restaurants, the best bars and food are right down the street! Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know: 1. What brings you into town? 2. How many people will be staying at the home? 3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many? 4. Are you bringing any pets? If so, how many? Not a party house! Strict rules against any parties or any smoking in the home. If you are looking to party this is not the home for you! We do have Exterior RING camera. Do not block the cameras. We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in. We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM. We do not have keys or access to our mailbox. $250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys are lost or left in unit this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system
