Pet friendly home ($150 deep cleaning fee for pets (per reservation) in the heart of the nightlife near Brady St. Milwaukee 2 bedroom apartment, a block off Brady St! We are a couple blocks off the popular Brady St. which will have all your restaurants and bars! There is free street parking nearby. First come, first serve. We do not have a dsignated parking spot. Please pay attention to signage. May need to register vehicle overnight with the city. We can give the link at confirmation. Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know: 1. What brings you into town? 2. How many people will be staying at the home? 3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many? 4. Are you bringing any pets? We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in. We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras. $250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys at property and lost this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system
