There is an endless amount of activities in this home and making it the perfect vacation rental retreat! 1/10/25 - This home is available for relocations. We have power, gas, water and wifi. Fully furnished and ready for guests. - Private Gated Property with a circular driveway - Formal Living room with beautiful European sofa seating, bar cart, fireplace and access to dining room, large open windows throughout - Dining Room maintains seating for 8 around a large round 65 inch marble table that can also serve as a poker table - Large Kitchen with 2 dishwashers and 5 counter stools - All high-end appliances including a very well stocked kitchen with mainly Breville cooking systems - TV Room located off of the den with seating for 8 comfortably - Primary Room (King Bed, Fireplace, blackout shades, Large Smart TV, french doors that lead to the backyard, ensuite bathroom, large walk-in closet, seating for 2 next to the window) - 2nd Guest Bedroom (King Size Bed, Large Smart TV, Blackout Shades, Desk with Chair overlooking the front of the house) - 3rd Guest Bedroom (Queen size bed, large Smart TV, - Full Size bathroom with shower to be shared with bedrooms 2 & 3 - 4th Bedroom (Full Sized Bed, Large Smart TV, Blackout Shades, Ensuite Bath with shower) - Game Room with endless fun including modular seating for 6, kids toys both wooden and plastic blocks, children's books, children's table, - Large Patio outside of the playroom with corn toss and soccer net with several different ball sizes - Large Alfresco Dining table located near the pool with seating for 8 on a large Teak Table - Beautiful playground with slide and swings - Spacious outdoor seating with a large umbrella perfect for warm or cool nights under the Beverly Hills moonlight - Massive pool great for spending long days and appropriate for lap size swimming / Pool can cover can easily be turned on by guests for those traveling with small children **All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee, shown at checkout. A 3.55% processing fee also applies to any additional service charges, including pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, pool heating, and similar services. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies. To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully. 1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave. 2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law. 3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW. 4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail. 5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. 7) Pool/hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don't dispose of plasticware; wash and store them. Pool heating: $100/day of your reservation; hot tub is free. 8) Day of Arrival: Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security. 9) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval. Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches. 10) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. 11) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests. Cleanliness: We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards. This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay. We are a professional vacation rental hospitality management company. Travel can be stressful, especially when you book without seeing the home beforehand. We eliminate that stress.
