Located on one of MariSol’s rare bluff-front parcels, this modern 6-bedroom estate offers a single-level layout with uninterrupted sunrise-to-sunset views. A gated cobblestone driveway leads to a dramatic portico entry and reflecting pond, setting the tone for complete privacy and luxury. Inside, rift-sawn oak ceilings, skylights, Fleetwood moving glass walls, and French limestone floors create an airy, seamless connection to the outdoors. The 60-foot great room features 14-foot ceilings, a fireplace, recessed lighting, built-ins, and wide ocean views. The step-down wet bar includes marble counters, beer taps, dishwasher, ice maker, and a large pass-through window. The double-island kitchen offers Wolf and Miele appliances, a walk-in pantry, breakfast bar, and a dining area that opens directly to the pool terrace. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available. Guests wishing to pay by bank wire must notify our team prior to booking so we can provide instructions and ensure the correct payment method is arranged. The home is located within Malibu’s exclusive 80-acre MariSol community, known for its privacy, large bluff-front parcels, and sweeping coastal scenery. The area offers a quiet residential setting near some of Malibu’s most scenic beaches, hiking trails, and oceanfront drives. Please message our team and speak with the Home Manage before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies. To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully. 1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave. 2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law. 3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW. We are in a high brush fire zone. In effort to prevent wildfires the state can turn utilities on and off intermittently. Stay Awhile will not offer any refunds in this case. 4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail. 5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. 7) Day of Arrival: Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security. 8) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval. Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches. 9) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. 10) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests. 11) Pool/hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don't dispose of plasticware; wash and store them. Pool heating: $250 per day of your reservation; hot tub is free. Cleanliness: We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards. This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay. We are a professional vacation rental hospitality management company. We maintain high hospitality standards with an in-house team of designers, concierge, hosts, maintenance personnel, and stylists. We are ranked #1 in California and #4 in the country. Travel can be stressful, especially when you book without seeing the home beforehand. We eliminate that stress.
