The Association allows renters to rent golf carts from their approved vendors only. Personal golf carts or low speed vehicles (LSV) are prohibited! *PARKING: This complex offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles. Your vehicles must have a parking pass filled out completely and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed. The Rookery III has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to two (2) parking pass per reservation. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited. *PETS: This property IS NOT pet friendly! Any evidence of a pet on site will result in fines or possible eviction! *MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year.
