The second bedroom features a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom, affectionately known as the "Kids Nook," is a dream come true for little ones. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE ROOKERY III 7011, or The Royal Merchant: *AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. *GOLF CARTS/ LOW SPEED VEHICLES: This property is located approximately 1/2 mile from the beach. The Association allows renters to rent golf carts from their approved vendor, Island Carts, LLC. Personal golf carts or low speed vehicles (LSV) are prohibited! *PARKING: This complex offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles. Your vehicles must have a parking pass filled out completely and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed. The Rookery III has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to two (2) parking pass per reservation. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited. *PETS: This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $175.00 plus tax per pet. A leash cover is required and supplied for each pet with paid pet fee. The leash cover(s) will be in the unit with your parking pass(es) at arrival. Any damages caused by your pet or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted. *MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals. *CANCELLATION: Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com.
