With open mountain views, a well-designed layout, and a fully equipped kitchen, this compact space offers both comfort and convenience right in the heart of the city. Welcome to this 10m² studio located on the top floor of a traditional Niçois building, just steps from the train station and all amenities. Set beneath the sloping roof, the studio is warm, bright, and smartly laid out for one guest. The single bed is seamlessly integrated into the living space, which also includes a dining bar, wall-mounted TV, and a laptop-friendly workspace by the window. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, mini-fridge, dishes, and utensils. The recently renovated bathroom features a shower, private toilet, and smart storage solutions. From the window, enjoy an open view over Nice’s rooftops and the Mercantour mountains — a peaceful perk in the city center! The Trachel neighborhood is central and lively. You’re: 3 minutes from Nice-Ville train station 10 minutes walking to Avenue Jean Médecin and the tramway 15–20 minutes walking to the beach and the Promenade des Anglais Nearby: bakeries, mini-markets, laundromat, cafés, restaurants, fast food, and convenience stores. Local tips: Chicken Murga (right downstairs for a quick bite) Bar des Oiseaux (gourmet local cuisine, ~15 min walk) L’Authentic and Chez Fabien, popular with locals The studio is located in the Trachel area, just a short walk from Nice-Ville train station and Avenue Jean Médecin with its shops and tram access. The beach and Promenade des Anglais are reachable within 15–20 minutes on foot. This lively and well-connected neighborhood offers an authentic Niçois atmosphere and everything you need for a convenient city break. The studio is located on the 5th floor with no elevator. Be ready to climb a few stairs! No smoking, no pets, and for solo guests only The stay is customizable via services offered after the reservation is confirmed. Professional cleaning is carried out by us, and linen is provided. When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you. Please respect the places and elements made available.
