Perfectly located, this renovated apartment is ideal for exploring Nice like a local. Housing is equipped with all the comforts for your stay: AC WIFI, double bed, round table, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, shower, and WC. Ideal for enjoying the French Riviera for two. Shower room with sink, shower cabin, hair dryer and WC . An equipped kitchen: Refrigrator, Microwave; Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sink, washing machine . Bed linen and bath towels provided . A keyring provided . An ironing board and iron . Arrival must be scheduled by appointment at least 24 hours before arrival between 3:00 p.m and 9:00 p.m. . The day before your arrival we will contact you on the number attached to your profile in order to provide you with the arrival instructions, please make sure that we can reach you at this number . We will be available by phone or Whats App and by message on the platform 7/7 from 9 a.m to 6 p.m . The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and taken out garbage to trash cans after your departure, otherwise, you will accept that an additional €40 be deducted from your deposit . The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged 150€ to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorization. . One kit of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one kit per bed and per stay. If you wish an additional kit or a renewal please notify us 24 hours before, the additional kit will be charged from 30€ . We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soap, toilet paper, garbage bags). The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. It will depend on your personal consumption. . Only one set of keys will be provided . The cleaning costs correspond to the cleaning of the accommodation after your departure at the end of your stay, if you want an additional cleaning please contact us in advance we will charge this extra cleaning. . In the event of an emergency requiring our intervention, we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. . The use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned on the reservation, any foreign presence will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation. . The use of the apartment and all its equipment must be carried out in good manners and without disturbing the neighborhood . Parking: It can be difficult to find free parking in Nice. There is Nice Etoile paid parking lot where 6 minutes walk to apartment but we advise you to consult the website of the tourist office dedicated to parking.
