Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment. HOUSE RULES: - Occupancy [ 8 ] - The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. - Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. - Pets are allowed for an additional fee $100 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Please clean up after your pets. - Smoking is not allowed in the premises. - Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. - Fireworks are not allowed. - Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. - Garage is available for 1 vehicle. There is also free parking on the driveway for a maximum of 2 vehicles. - A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am. - Streaming is available using your own accounts. - There are exterior cameras for security purposes only. Please do not tamper with it. Fees may apply. - Please feel free to take out the trash and place in the designated bins. We try our best to recycle! Please, no plastic bags in the recycling bins. - If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. - In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. - Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. - Please note that all pool and water attractions, food & beverage areas and The Lodge are currently closed. - Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis water levels may be lower than shown in listing photos. Refunds or cancellations cannot be offered based on water levels. - Common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis are not managed by FCM Homes. Bring your own supplies and use them at your own risk. - Please return the pickleball paddles and balls after use. Fees may apply. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us. As you may know Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed.
