This Lakota townhome is located across the street from the entry to the base of Winter Part Resort / Old Town, and a short 4 mile drive to Town of Winter Park. The main level flows nicely from the living room with gas fireplace to the dining area and kitchen with all the necessities. On this floor you’ll find a powder room and primary bedroom with king bed and private en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms and shared full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed while the other offers a twin over twin bunk. The lowest/entry level has an attached garage and laundry room. You’ll find its spacious and comfortable for one or even two families. The smart Blu Ray player in living room gives you access to Netflix and other streaming services (with your personal account). Unit does NOT have cable (basic local channels in living room only). Netflix (with personal account), etc. in primary bedroom. Free Wi-Fi Parking for 2 vehicles. Winter Park Resort is just 1.1 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 3.7 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.3 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser. NO SMOKING or PETS allowed. This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.
