Please note: while the space can accommodate several guests, that doesn’t necessarily mean every group will find it comfortable at full capacity. Being in the heart of downtown, there is potential for city noise, especially Thursday through Saturday. Parking is detached, located one block south of the unit, with a 7-foot clearance. You must enter the building first to retrieve your parking pass before parking. Unit 3C Master Bedroom: 1 queen bed with an en suite bathroom that can be accessed from both the common hallway and the bedroom interior. Located on the interior of the condo, making it a very quiet, fully enclosed room. Bedroom Two: Two queen beds and a full bathroom featuring a separate tub and shower. One wall does not reach the ceiling, typical of a loft-style design. Additional Sleeping Options: A queen mattress tucked in the corner that can be pulled out at night for extra sleeping space. A large couch that comfortably sleeps 2–3 people. Hosting a large group? We have over 12 listings in the same building, so there’s plenty of flexibility for group accommodations.
