The surrounding area is rich in natural beauty, local culture, and fine dining, making every experience unique and unforgettable. One-night refundable security deposit is required. A food and beverage deposit for pre-stocking will be required by the House Concierge based on menu selection. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 120 days prior to arrival will NOT be refunded for ANY reason, including, but not limited to: personal reasons, medical reasons (including a member of the travel party contracting COVID prior to travel or being deemed “high risk” for health issues), flight delays or cancellations, weather conditions, loss of employment, mandatory quarantine at home location upon return, pre-arrival or pre-departure COVID testing requirements, government regulations requiring full vaccination for travel, passport issues, fear of travel, etc. House Rules: Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Notify immediately of any damage or incident on the property. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask you to keep a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. No eating in the pool. No food in the bedrooms. No climbing on the couches with shoes on. Always treat the service staff with respect and dignity. No pets allowed.
