Included with your stay: • Dedicated concierge service throughout your stay • 6-passenger golf cart • Daily housekeeping service • Premier Golf Membership (access fees apply) Residence Layout (4 Bedrooms): This beautifully appointed residence offers four spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort, privacy, and functionality: • Master Suite: Features a king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom with bathtub, ample closet space, and an in-room safe—creating a serene and comfortable retreat. • Second Bedroom: Includes two queen-size beds, a private en-suite bathroom with bathtub, closet, and safe—ideal for families or additional guests. • Third Bedroom: Designed for larger groups or children, this room offers two bunk beds with four full-size beds in total, along with a private en-suite bathroom with bathtub, closet, and safe. • Fourth Bedroom: Equipped with two queen-size beds, a private en-suite bathroom (without bathtub), closet, and safe, providing a comfortable and private space for guests. The residence also features a fully equipped modern kitchen and an elegant dining area, perfect for enjoying meals in a refined and intimate setting. Please note: Gratuities for the staff are not included and are kindly recommended based on your experience. Overlooking the 7th and 8th fairways of the Jack Nicklaus Bahía Golf Course, 7Eight is a collection of luxury residences designed to maximize indoor-outdoor living, with spacious terraces and private plunge pools. A security deposit equivalent to $1,500 US or $30,000 MXN is required as a pre-authorization hold on the guest’s credit card upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: 1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. 3. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. ✣ This Cancellation Policy is not applicable to HVMB guests. House Rules: •No Smoking. •No pets allowed. •Suitable for children (2-12 years). •Suitable for infants (less than 2). •Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. •Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. •Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. •Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas. •After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. •Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. •Eating is not allowed in the pool. •Do not put food in the bedrooms. •No shoes on sofas.
