The residence also features a fully equipped modern kitchen and an elegant dining area, ideal for enjoying meals in a refined and intimate setting. Note: Gratuity for the staff is not included. It is always appreciated and recommended based on the level of service received. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. 3. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. ✣ This Cancellation Policy is not applicable to HVMB guests.
