This expansive property is ideal for large families, corporate retreats, or celebratory gatherings, offering generous indoor and outdoor living spaces surrounded by ocean and garden views. Your stay includes daily housekeeping and meticulous property maintenance to ensure a flawless experience throughout your visit. A private chef is available to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner (ingredients not included), allowing guests to enjoy personalized culinary experiences. Dedicated butler and waiter service provide attentive support, while an on-site concierge assists with activity planning, reservations, and tailored experiences. Guests also enjoy access to the Premier Golf Membership and golf carts (2–6 passengers) for convenient transportation within Punta Mita. Casa Xielo is located within La Punta Estates, one of the most exclusive and private residential areas in Punta Mita, a world-class gated community situated in the Riviera Nayarit. This neighborhood is distinguished by its secure, tranquil, and sophisticated environment, surrounded by nature, Pacific Ocean views, and access to premier amenities. The cancellation policy is as follows: 100% REFUND: Rental Fee is 100% refundable to Guest upon receipt of Guest's written notice of termination of this Agreement no later than four (4) months prior to the Arrival Date. 50% REFUND: Rental Fee is 50% refundable to Guest upon receipt of Guest's written notice of termination of this Agreement between four (4) months and no later than two (2) months prior to the Arrival Date. 0% REFUND: Rental Fee is NOT refundable to Guest when the notice of termination of this Agreement is communicated less than two (2) months prior to the Arrival Date, or it is NOT communicated at all (No-show). SECURITY DEPOSIT - 100% REFUND: Security deposit is 100% refundable in any case when the Guest does not occupy the property. HOLIDAYS, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS: For Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, all reservations are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. If we happen to accommodate another family during the same dates, we will refund the rental fee.
