The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled. You’ll be welcomed by a Service Coordinator upon arrival. After check-in, we’re available by phone or text for any questions or local recommendations. Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM Directions: Enter PGA Blvd via Jefferson St, then turn right at the Palmer Security Gate. Provide your name and property address at the gate for entry. Trash Handling: Please leave garbage cans in the garage. Our team will move them to the curb Sunday evening and return them Monday afternoon. ↳ Do not place bins or trash bags on the curb—the HOA may issue a fine. ↳ Trash pickup is early Monday (around 6 AM). Departure Courtesy (Optional): ▪ Strip used beds and leave linens in the bedroom laundry baskets ▪ If possible, start one load of laundry—thank you! Guests: Only registered guests are permitted. Unregistered guests are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send us the names of all guests and drivers requiring access. Golf Course Access: PGA West golf courses are private. Only paid golfers may access them. Unauthorized entry is considered trespassing by the HOA.
