Located near Table Rock Lake and just minutes from the entertainment of the Branson Strip and Silver Dollar City, you’ll have easy access to everything from outdoor adventure to live shows and dining. Within the Vineyards community, guests can also enjoy a more laid-back setting with access to shared amenities like a seasonal outdoor pool and common gathering areas to unwind. Step inside your retreat to a calm, inviting space designed for comfort. The serene kitchen features beautiful stone countertops, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, and everything you need to feel right at home. Bar-style seating for two offers a casual spot for morning coffee, while the nearby dining table for four is perfect for shared meals. The living room invites you to relax with a cozy couch featuring a chaise lounge, an additional chair, and a smart TV for easy entertainment. Sliding glass doors draw you outside to a private balcony where sweeping views set the tone—whether you’re starting your day with fresh air or winding down as the sun sets over the Ozarks. This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-full size beds and a smart TV. Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a cable TV. This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. • This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located on the right wall next to the front door and actively monitoring the exterior front door area. • This home is a one level, first-floor, walk-in unit. • The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason. • Portable crib provided. This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
