This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-full size beds and a smart TV. Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and a smart TV. This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. • This home is a top floor, one level walk-up unit with 20 steps required to reach the main entrance. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum.
