Welcome to 41 Bailey Road, a beautifully contained property that is only a 5 minute walk to the popular Middleton surf beaches. Split across 2 levels, there are living, kitchen and bedrooms across both, giving the ability to enjoy some space if required. Upstairs there is a large open plan kitchen dining and living space, with access out to the deck. There are 2 bedrooms on this level, the first featuring King bed, the second with Double and a Single. There is also a bathroom with laundry facilities. This level also contains split system heating and cooling. On the ground floor there are the 2 further bedrooms, first with a Queen, and second with 2 sets of Bunks, making it perfect as a children's level. The lounge area has been set-up as such, with large TV and PS3 games console and split system heating and cooling. There is an additional bathroom downstairs, as well as a second kitchen. Outside there is a fully covered verandah with seating and BBQ, overlooking the lawned area. The open garage is also perfect for keeping the surf boards out of the way.
