Ocean Breeze is a newly built single storey three-bedroom plus study, holiday home in Middleton is just a short walk on flat ground to the local surf beach at Middleton Point or Chapman Road. Situated between Port Elliot and Goolwa there is plenty to see and do whilst relaxing in this beautiful home. The large open plan living/dining room includes comfortable lounges, a TV and a dining suite to seat six. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooking, microwave, Lavazza coffee pod machine and more. Enjoy an afternoon snack perched on the timber stools overlooking the kitchen area.
