Guest rooms include two primary suites (King), each with tropical outdoor garden showers and a third bedroom (Queen) with a separate private courtyard. Bedroom configurations are as follows: Bedroom 1 Primary - King Bed, Smart TV, Ensuite Bathroom with Dual Vanity, Bathtub, Shower, Signature Outdoor Shower, Lanai, Ocean View Bedroom 2 - King bed, Smart TV, Ensuite Bathroom with Dual Vanity, Bathtub, Shower, and Signature Outdoor Shower Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, Smart TV, Lanai Four Seasons Resort Access: Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $77 - $175 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $38 - $87 + tax for guest ages 5-13 for 2026. During the Festive Season, 2026, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $237 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $118 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate. The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date.
