The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars. Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address! THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL & LICENSED BY THE CITY OF CHARLESTON, PERMIT 05597 Please Note: This upstairs unit is part of a shared historic home, so some noise from other guests and the surrounding downtown area is to be expected. The 140-year-old property sits close to the street, and bedroom sound machines are provided for comfort. Kitchen appliances are compact, one shower is smaller than standard, and the clawfoot tub may not suit guests with mobility concerns. Guests may enjoy the upstairs porch until Charleston’s 10PM noise ordinance. On-site parking is unavailable Sundays from 8AM–3PM.
