This does NOT apply to families. - Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. The vibe here is relaxed, young, and welcoming. π« Pets are NOT Allowed: As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee. π« This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors. π§³ Luggage Drop-Off: We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service. ποΈ Noise Notice: Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Streetβs dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that: βοΈ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. βοΈ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours. βοΈ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location. βοΈ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise. π§βπ§ To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit. Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined. π We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors. π We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control. βοΈ Charleston homes are built for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating. π§Ή If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning. π Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas. π« Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation. π Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances: βοΈ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made. βοΈ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans. βοΈ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind. β By confirming your booking, you agree to the Rental Agreement Policy available on our company website. π If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to reach out prior to your stay.
