The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your meals, and the complete bathroom offers all the necessary amenities. The apartment is equipped with an elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV, providing a pleasant and worry-free stay. Almada Street and its surroundings offer a charming experience in the heart of Porto. Just steps away, you'll find the vibrant Clérigos Tower and the historic Lello Bookstore, ideal for exploring the city's rich culture. The local gastronomy is a delight, with numerous restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. The Trindade metro station, 300 meters away, provides easy access to all tourist attractions. Enjoy the unique atmosphere of this area, perfect for immersing yourself in the Invicta city. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of €200 will be applied for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A charge of €200 per hour will apply if you check out without authorization after the scheduled time. If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (subject to inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) - fee upon inquiry. For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses of €150. If the expenses exceed this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits expected. We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (price upon inquiry). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon inquiry).
