Campus Perth is a purpose-built student residence located in the heart of the CBD and it's a short 15-minute walk to the ILSC campus. The residence provides 4-bed shared dormitory options catering to budget-minded students. The shared apartments are gender-specific and are fully furnished, including a complementary linen and bath pack, and fortnightly cleaning of the room with fresh linen service. Each dorm room has its own kitchenette which is equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. There are full-sized kitchens located on each floor for larger meal preparation. The residence offers a range of facilities to support the academic and social needs of students. There are study rooms and communal spaces equipped with Wi-Fi, allowing students to work on assignments or collaborate with their peers. Additionally, Campus Perth provides a gym, ensuring that residents have access to fitness facilities without leaving the premises. The residence also focuses on creating a lively and engaging community for students. The Campus4 dorms are gender-specific (male and female only), and they come with bed linen and bath towels, and free fortnightly cleaning and fresh linen service is included. The linen pack includes bed sheets, a doona, a doona cover, a pillow, a pillowcase, and a bath towel. Room cleaning with fresh linen bed replacement occurs every two weeks.
