Note: A 4-week (28 nights) minimum stay duration is required for Summerhill studios. Requests shorter than this will not be accepted. IGLU Summerhill Standard Studios are designed to maximise a shared student living experience, with everything you need for eating, sleeping and studying. Each studio apartment has a private en-suite bathroom, personal study area, a well-appointed personal kitchen as well as full-sized communal kitchen in the common area, free unlimited high-speed wi-fi, A/C heating and cooling, a gym and workout space, complimentary weekday breakfast and coffee, lounge and games areas and more! Each studio apartment is also fully furnished with kitchen basics. This includes pots, pans, plates, cups, a cutting board, and cutlery. There is also a vacuum cleaner and mop in each apartment. Students are responsible for buying cleaning products themselves. This also includes paper towels and toilet paper. As an exclusive benefit for ILSC and Greystone College and Institute students, a free linen and bath pack is included in the booking. This includes: bed sheets, a duvet, a duvet cover, a pillow, a bath towel, and a face towel.
