The living room has a sofa bed, ideal for accommodating extra guests, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a dining table for enjoyable meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare your meals, and the en-suite bathroom offers all the amenities. Enjoy direct access to the terrace, a private outdoor space where you can relax and soak up the atmosphere. In the heart of Porto’s Baixa district, the apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the city’s vibrant culture and cuisine. The street where the apartment is located, Rua do Almada, is surrounded by historic monuments, charming cafés, lively bars and a wide selection of restaurants to suit all tastes. A short walk away, you’ll find the iconic Avenida dos Aliados, perfect for a relaxing stroll. For shopping enthusiasts, Rua das Flores offers a unique experience with its shops and boutiques. At the end of the day, enjoy an unforgettable dinner in Ribeira, with stunning views of the River Douro and the famous Port wine cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. For a day at the beach, the beaches of Foz do Douro are just 7 km away and easily accessible. Explore the city with ease and discover everything Porto has to offer! Key collection is done at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff! There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a 40€ fee after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – price upon consultation. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a cost limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be charged to the guest. The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose. You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).
