When it’s time to rest and recharge, there are 2 bedrooms to accommodate 4 guests, and the sofa can sleep 2 more if needed. The first bedroom has a king bed, and the second has a queen bed with a sink and mini fridge for added convenience. Both bedrooms have ample closet space for your belongings, wall-mounted TVs, A/C, a ceiling fan, and room-darkening shades in case you like to sleep in a little later. When you aren’t out and about, there are some nice things to enjoy right on-site! If you experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience. - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons. - Pets are not allowed. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
