Step onto the front porch and into the home via the keyless electronic lock. Steps leading up to the 2nd floor, you'll be greeted with vastly high ceilings, lots of natural light, and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort. LIVING AREA The living area is filled with a plush sofa framing the beautiful nonworking fireplace with two modern chairs for plenty of comfortable seating. The tall ceilings and windows capture infinite natural light making this space so inviting. A smart TV is in the corner with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night. KITCHEN & DINING Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped high-end eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven, a 6 burner gas cooktop, a microwave (in the pantry), a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury. HOUSE RULES ✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans. ✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old ✔ Pets are not permitted on the property ✔ No smoking inside the home ✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation ✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party ✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours. ✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm ✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures.
