This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 includes a king-size beds, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is a second-floor, walk-up unit with 8 steps required. • Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 2 vehicles. Guests will be given their parking passes at the gate. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • Washer and dryer in home. • You’ll have access to pool towels, cards and games, puzzles, and a pickleball set—all included for your enjoyment during your stay. • This home is equipped with 1 external Ring security camera, located outside the front door and monitoring the outside entry area. • Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. • A maximum of 1 dog, 25 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. • The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum.
