This unit is great for family game night, equipped with an awesome game room that has a gaming table, a sitting area and a TV. The large kitchen has plenty of granite counter space, a large dining room table, plus a kitchen island bar with additional seating. Kick back on the marvelous deck that looks towards the base of Peak 9. The superb master suite has a king bed, a separate sitting area with a flat screen tv, and a master bathroom with a jetted Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The second level has a second bedroom with a captain's bunk and the third bedroom with a twin bunk bed. On the third level the fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed. Each bedroom has its own full private bathroom. This unit has two parking spots. One parking spot is in the attached private, one-car garage and parking for the second vehicle is an uncovered spot near the unit. Guests have access to the indoor/ outdoor Upper Village Pool facilities located directly across the street. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs.
