Located at the base of Peak 9 at the Breckenridge Ski Area guests will enjoy easy access to the slopes and a quick walk to Main Street Breckenridge. The main level is entered either from the garage or from the front door exiting into the courtyard outside. There is a very comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs are the 2 en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a bonus room with a set of twin bunk beds. There is a door separating this space. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed along with a twin trundle if needed. This unit has two parking spots. One parking spot is in the attached private, one-car garage and parking for the second vehicle is an uncovered spot near the unit. In addition to having a private hot tub guests also have access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tubs located across the street. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.
