It is located directly on the Beachview golf course overlooking the 12th and 13th hole. It features a deeded beach access located only steps from the home. Guests must complete a rental agreement. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
