The master bedroom features a queen bed and a full bath adjacent to the bedroom door. There is no dock access. This property is situated on a private dead end dirt road across the bay from British Camp National Park. Bring kayaks and paddle boards to take full advantage of this waterfront cabin with a small private beach that is a perfect spot for launching. The dock on the property is not for guest-use. Historic British Camp has miles of trails to enjoy, including an amazing view from the top of Young Hill. You will find that this rental is the perfect place to spend a romantic week or relax and unwind from a busy lifestyle. Simple, clean and cozy... we know you will find it hard to leave. This home is equipped with a flat screen Smart-Television. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming services. Cook clams, crab and oysters on the outdoor propane barbecue. Within a short distance, you can buy oysters from the oyster farm located in Westcott Bay, which are shipped all over the world. Fire pits are not usable from May 1st-September 30th due to county burn ban and safety of property and neighboring areas. The ban is usually lifted October 1st if/when conditions and weather are favorable. Firewood not provided. This home does not have Air Conditioning. Pets are not allowed at this property. Please be advised, yard maintenance and landscaping may occur during part of the day. No Dock Access. This is a Non-Smoking property. The internet / Wi-fi at this house should be sufficient for streaming video, phone calls, remote work and video conferencing. Internet Speed Test Results… Download Speed: 25.44 Mbps -- Upload Speed: 6.97 Mbps -- Ping: 61 Ms (Average of three tests that were conducted February of 2024 using SpeedCheck Pro). San Juan Island is a remote location and it is good to keep in mind that intermittent, short, Wi-Fi disruptions are very normal for this area.
