Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am. We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected. For your peace of mind, we offer two options: 1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay. 2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay. These options will be presented to you through our Boarding Pass after booking. For added comfort, feel free to use the Dyson fan or the small fan located in the closet. While there aren't laundry facilities on-site, there’s a convenient Esso nearby that offers laundry services.
