About the Home
Main living area Soaring vaulted ceilings and big windows fill the living room with natural light. Sink into the sofa or the leather recliners around the stone gas fireplace with its log mantel, the best spot in the house after a day on the hill. Sliding doors lead out to the patio, where a BBQ is ready for après dinners. Kitchen and dining The full kitchen has warm pine cabinetry, a full-size fridge and stove, and a breakfast bar with stools. A dining table seats the crew for family meals and morning coffee before first chair. Upstairs loft A log staircase leads up to an open loft that overlooks the living room. It has a queen bed and a bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top), so the kids will love it. A bookshelf stocked with books and puzzles is there for cozy nights in. Primary bedroom A bright, peaceful retreat with a queen bed, bedside lamps, a ceiling fan and a gabled window. There’s also a small desk nook if you need to check emails. Second bedroom A comfortable queen bedroom with a pine headboard and its own bathroom. It also has a private balcony with mountain views, plus a mini fridge, microwave and TV, so it’s great for early risers or a couple who wants their own space.
