The unit is located within the Beach Villas complex and it is located on the gulf side, close to both the beach and downtown Captiva. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
